The Role:
- Ensure the success of the Service Desk and workplace team.
- Seamless onboarding and offboarding.
- Troubleshooting issues quickly and efficiently.
- Contribute to the modernisation and evolution of the technology services used.
- Communicate well and provide excellent customer service to non-tech stakeholders.
About you:
- Hands-on experience with Azure Entra and Virtual Desktop.
- Strong experience utilizing Windows Autopilot and Intune to set up and configure new devices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, both support and admin.
- Strong appetite to learn and develop skills.
- Strong experience resolving level 2/3 problems.
