Kinetic IT has upcoming opportunities in our Traineeship program. Not a techy? Not to worry!

This is the ideal opportunity for people who come from non-technical backgrounds. The Kinetic IT’s traineeship will see you learn the basics fundamentals of IT through completing a Certificate III in Information Technology, complemented with on the job work experience with our amazing teams!

You will be guided in providing customer service and support via phone and internal tickets for troubleshooting IT related issues, playing part in delivering Kinetic IT’s award-winning customer service.

About the opportunity
