Working with a small team of IT specialists, you will be Providing Level 1 support to users both on and off-site.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Gathering information and raising tickets for the clients that call in.
- Providing IT support - queries and incidents raised by customers
- Creating and managing Active Directory accounts and Exchange mailboxes
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Performing proactive and reactive troubleshooting to identifying potential problems
- Maintaining clear and concise communications and records to support service delivery.
Skills we are looking for:
- Detailed knowledge of Ticketing System
- Detailed knowledge and experience of Windows 10 Operating Systems
- Detailed knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite
- Detailed knowledge of Active Directory
- Friendly welcoming professional with good telephone manners.
- Well presented, hardworking and enjoys working in a Team
- Possess great written and verbal communication skills.
- Work well independently and productively within a small team environment.
