About the role
Viterra is seeking an infrastructure specialist to provide technical support for key technologies across the business. In this role, you will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our server and network infrastructure through best practice ITIL operational process. In addition to this, you will administer and manage various technologies that your team maintain.
Duties
- Manage and provide support for various infrastructure technologies such as; VMware, Microsoft Windows, M365, Citrix, Exchange, Veeam and storage
- Monitor and manage performance/availability of Infrastructure technologies and services
- Work with other IT teams when required, to provide troubleshooting and problem solving
- Manage Service and Incident Requests to resolution
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Professional level or higher certification in; VMware, Microsoft Windows, Citrix, M365, Exchange, Cisco and Fortinet Networking, Veeam and storage
- Excellent diagnostic and resolution skills within a virtual environment and Windows infrastructure
- Understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity principles
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver projects within agreed timeline
