Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated MSSP Technical Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist with level 1 and level 2 help desk support, deliver projects, implement technical onboarding for new customers following established procedures and support the sales team with customer solutions. You will work closely with our technical staff and customers to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that meet their specific needs.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to our internal systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support for the sales process
- Collaborate with customers to identify their business needs and propose technical solutions to meet those needs
- Provide technical support to our customers and staff
- Develop and deliver security assessments to customers following our established procedure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Update and maintain technical and process documentation
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition, and provide feedback to management
Requirements
- Experience in an MSSP technical role or in a similar technical role
- Strong technical knowledge of security solutions and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is preferred
- Experience with ConnectWise and Microsoft 365 is a plus
