The Opportunity

Formed in 2018 the Kinrise portfolio covers Biscuits, Breakfast, Baking, Bakery, and Snack Food categories and has 40+ years making iconic Australian food, with a rich Australian heritage that’s grounded in family origins.
Based at Carole Park and occasionally travelling to our Larapinta site when required, you will manage and deliver exceptional service to different stakeholders on any IT related queries.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to user issue which may consist of troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical hardware and software issues.
- Support and maintain office and factory based desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and Radio Frequency (RF) Warehouse devices.
- Assist with the setup and support of network systems, including LAN/WAN, WiFi, VPNs, and other networking equipment.
- Perform routine system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, ensuring optimal workstation performance.
- Coordinate with vendors for the repair of equipment covered by warranties or service agreements.
- Responsible in the documentation and inventory management of IT assets for the site using Lazure and Office 365 toolsets
- Responsible of the purchase of IT assets for the site and raising POs in the SAP system
About you:
- You are in your early to mid IT career and looking for a hands on environment role
- You will have strong understanding of computer systems, networks and has a passion to troubleshoot
- You are motivated, driven and loves to problem solve
- You thrive in working in a fast paced environment and able to prioritise your tasks
- You may have experience in SAP or willing to learn
- You may have experience in Azure, Meraki, Extreme Networks, Velo Cloud, Cisco, Zscaler or willing to learn these
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- You are passionate about delivering exceptional service and support
