Great opportunity for a versatile IT professional to represent IT in Australia as the sole IT contact. You will handle general IT support, infrastructure & cyber security.
This company has ambitious growth plans & are looking to double in size by the end of the year. We are looking for somebody who is keen to develop their career with this organization & grow whilst they expand.
No 2 days will be the same and one part of this role is to lead this organization through ISO27001.
Must have:

• Led or helped your organization through ISO 27001
• Experience of working with cyber security in current role
• Excellent communication skills
• Good all round IT support & infrastructure capability

The job:

• Assist with the implementation of the information security management system that is in accordance with the ISO27001 standard & company Group IT standards.
• Installation & support of local applications
• Local coordination of regional & global projects
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, standards & guidelines
• Implement best practices to ensure a secure, well-functioning IT environment
• Manage incidents & service requests
• Support standard cyber security tools & capabilities for email, hardware & overall IT systems administration & management
• Support & monitor the efficiency of cyber security operations & support the implementation
• Manage local communication channels & security contacts for global cyber security initiatives, including, but not limited to, incident & vulnerability reporting.
• Identify & evaluate IT security risks, gaps, & weaknesses & report findings & / or recommendations.
• Communicate & collaborate with internal & external stakeholders such as management, staff, clients, external auditors on IT security matters.
• Provide advice & guidance on security best practices & compliance requirements

Experience within the Energy or Power Sector would be a distinct advantage!
