As an IT Technical Support Technician, you will:
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of IT network systems and Microsoft Active Directory, along with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Server products.
• Exhibit a high level of competency in using computer systems and configuring server solutions.
• Take charge of building and pre-staging systems for deployments.
• Responsibly handle support requests, striving for the highest level of customer service.
Key Technologies to Support:
• Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Windows, and Server 2012R2+
• Server patching and help desk products.
• SQL Server (backups, restores, and permissions)
• VMware suite of applications
• Medium Networking Skills (Routing, NAT, VLAN)
• Desktop Support (Client Applications)
