Job Responsibilities
- Your role will include providing comprehensive IT support to users
- Work effectively as part of a busy fast-paced team.
- Support & communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse range of users, explaining complex technical issues in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
Experience and Skills
- Customer service experience and excellent communication skills are required
- Relevant IT Qualification or IT experience
- Exposure to various technology platforms including Windows Server, Microsoft Office Applications, Active Directory, MS Exchange, and Windows Operating systems
- Friendly and personable attitude
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment
