Job Responsibilities
* Your role will include providing comprehensive IT support to users.
* Work effectively as part of a busy fast-paced team.
* Support & communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse range of users, explaining complex technical issues in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
Experience and Skills
* Customer service experience and excellent communication skills are required.
* Relevant IT Qualification or IT experience.
* Exposure to various technology platforms including Windows Server, Microsoft Office Applications, Active Directory, MS Exchange, and Windows Operating systems.
* Friendly and personable attitude.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
