It Support Engineer

Your new role 
Working with a supportive and tight-knit team, you will manage all day-to-day processes and responsibilities within Col Crawfords IT department. Through digital innovation, you will play an integral role in facilitating the network and communication requirements for the business. Your key responsibilities will include: 

• On-site technical troubleshooting, network support, and hardware and software support. 
• Technical support and general IT assistance – this may involve providing step-by-step guidance and support to non-IT savvy teammates. :) 
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to advise the best solutions to their technical issues in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and company guidelines.  
• Ensure all internal systems are operating to their optimal potential.  
• Proactively driving product improvements and identifying growth opportunities across the company’s tech sector.  

A bit about you 

• You have 5+ years’ experience in IT/technical support. 
• You are an innovative and strategic IT Support Engineer, focused on defining and supporting.  
• You have a high level of initiative, proactivity, and self-confidence – you are always prepared to jump in to do what it takes for the team to deliver unparalleled service.
• Your high attention to detail and strong time management is second to none.
