Lighthouse Christian School is seeking applications for a Full Time IT Support Officer. This role will be ongoing and may include work during school holiday periods.
About the role
As a part of the IT Services Team, IT Support Officer provides the first line of support for our staff and students via our online helpdesk and IT Kiosk windows.
We use a wide range of Ed Tech service to support staff, student and parent connections to the school. All staff and students use the MS 365 Suite, Windows, iPad devices.
This is an ongoing, full-time role with an immediate start.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience Essential to The Role
- Commitment to service quality principles
- Work effectively as a team member within the IT Services Team
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment, including adapting to changing priorities when required
- Ability to document procedures
- Provide desktop/laptop/iPad and application support to staff and students
- Desire to learn new skills incorporating ongoing training over time.
- Qualification in IT is not necessary, but it is desirable
