Seeking a capable IT Support Officer to join a reputable construction company.

Your new role
Your new role as the IT Support Officer will be focused on delivering professional customer service and effectively assisting with the IT and communication requirements of the company. You will be reporting to the Business Systems Manager, and you will be responsible for the efficient administration and day-to-day technical support for the groups' employees.
In this role your responsibilities will consist of, but will not be limited to:
- Providing 1st level assistance to all users across the business
- Ensuring all issues / requests are tracked through the Helpdesk logging system
- Lodge service requests with external providers when required
- Imaging of new laptops / desktops
- Configure and maintain staff user accounts and profiles
- Assist with the provision, establishment and removals or cancellation of services and hardware relating to new or existing remote sites
- Maintain the company's electronic asset database, including adding, removing and modifying asset details and locations
- Assist in the implementation / migration / enhancement of Office 365 services including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you will have demonstrated experience and ability in:
- Previous IT helpdesk or IT support experience
- Administrative, organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional telephone manner
- Multitasking and good time management
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Working well within a team environment and willingness to assist others
*successful candidate will hold a current drivers licence and have their own vehicle*
