Change Support Officer Level 3

Our Large Federal Government client has a requirement for a Change Support Officer who will be responsible for change management support activities to ensure the appropriate uptake and implementation of capabilities managed and delivered.
Skills and Knowledge:

1. Experience in the Defence Intelligence community preferred.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Assist to implement the required activities to successfully enable change within a complex IT environment.
2. Develop change communications to enable users transition and acceptance of new IT capabilities.
3. Assist in engagement with a wide variety of diverse stakeholders with differing level of change maturity.
4. Collaborate and motivate Change Champions to ensure success of change activities.

Location: The role is based in Canberra ACT.
Contract terms: 12 months from commencement, but not exceeding 30 June 2025.
SFIA level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 3.
Security Requirements: Current Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance is strongly preferred, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered.
