The Organisation:
Our client is a statutory body whose focus is on protecting the interests of students and the reputation of the higher education sector.
The Role:
The role will assist and represent the broader IT team through end user support and project related IT activities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain staff access to the network and systems
- Manage IT assets register and equipment
- Maintain network and server infrastructure as requested (e.g., Windows servers)
- Plan and deliver IT support related projects
Requirements:
- experience working in a front-line support role for an IT help desk/service area
- experience with dealing directly with end users
- Extensive skills supporting a Microsoft product-based environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem- solving skills
Successful applicants will be Australian citizens and willing to undergo a baseline security check.
