PSG is currently seeking a skilled Level 1/2 IT Support Engineer to join a reputable technology provider which thrives on providing exceptional and efficient service to their customers.
The Role
Reporting into the IT Manager, you will provide first and second-level technical support to end-users, ensuring prompt resolution of IT issues. This will include, but not limited to troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network-related problems over the phone and email.
Skills and Experience
Other responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the configuration and maintenance of computer systems, servers and software applications.
- Collaborating with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Responding to IT service requests and inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Documenting IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
You will also have:
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, O365, MS Exchange.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to interact with end-users, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
