Zipform Digital is offering you the opportunity to challenge yourself in this diverse role where you will learn all the skills necessary to deliver on our clients’ needs and expectations. Working closely with all other teams including sales, development and production, you will operate both independently and in conjunction with our System Administrator and IT Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated person to join our friendly and supportive team.
The role
- Provide technical support to all users on PC hardware, software, and devices.
- Deploy and manage computer hardware and software under direction.
- Install and configure operating systems, software, and updates under direction.
- Monitor and maintain backups and asset inventories.
What you’ll bring to the role
You will have relevant IT qualifications or experience in a similar position. You will have had experience in configuring and troubleshooting currently supported Microsoft operating systems and software and you will be able to work with minimal management direction, using initiative to solve problems within given constraints.
We are looking for someone who works well in a team environment and provides good customer support to our colleagues.
