The College is seeking a full-time IT Support Officer to commence in July 2024 who is customer focused and has excellent technical and support experience to work across both campuses.
You are an ideal candidate if you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, including the talent to clarify technical terminology to non-experts in IT.
- Have strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Have specific knowledge of Microsoft systems (MCA or MCP), Apple hardware and systems, CRMs, and Microsoft SharePoint, is desirable.
- Are proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Have strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
- Are able to show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education.
- Are willing to get involved in all aspects of the College’s programs and opportunities.
