About the role
A IT Support / Service Desk professional is required to join a well established IT team providing support across local and group wide customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years IT Support experience
- Windows 10 OS, Microsoft 365, MS Office Apps, Active Directory/Exchange
- Cloud technologies - Azure
- Managing and supporting network switches, infrastructure, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, AV equipment, and other such equipment.
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
