We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician to join the team of one of Australias largest food processing comapanies. The successful candidate will provide Level 1 & Level 2 in-person and remote end user support, maintain and troubleshoot IT devices, and ensure smooth operation of applications and devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end user support and production floor support
- Maintain and troubleshoot factory IT devices
- Monitor connectivity and ensure smooth operation of applications and devices
- Assist with basic IT maintenance tasks
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications
- Participate in IT security protocols and project work
- 1-2 years' experience in a support or customer service role
- Technical diploma or certification in IT or related field
- Familiarity with Windows environments, basic networking, and user account management
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 and general desktop support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
