We have an immediate opportunity in Melbourne for a suitable candidate to provide Level 1 & 2 onsite and remote support to our customers.
Preference will be given to individuals residing within the south-eastern suburbs due to the proximity to some of our major customer sites.
You must have at least 2 years' industry experience in a similar role (preferably with a managed services provider - MSP) to be considered for this position. This will be initially a full-time one-year contract with 6 months probation leading to a permanent role at the end of the contract.
Since it is necessary to visit customer sites, you MUST have an Australian driving license and a car in a good working condition. When not visiting customers sites you will have the flexibility of working from home one day a week and all other days reporting to our office in Docklands.
The successful candidate will be undergoing one to two months training under the supervision of a senior engineer for this role.
Technical Skills we seek:
To be considered for this role, you must have a thorough understanding of networking concepts, Microsoft Windows Desktop environment, troubleshooting skills on Office Applications, Networking, Desktops, Printers, Windows Server/Active Directory Administration, Backups, and Security.
Experience with services such as Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD), and Apple Business Manager would be advantageous. Prudent troubleshooting knowledge on Windows 10 & 11 Laptop/Desktop and MAC OS is a plus.
In addition to holding an IT-related Degree or an Advanced Diploma, we highly value professional trade certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and other industry-leading vendors.

Remuneration & Rewards
The right candidate will be offered a salary package of between $65,000 and $95,000 including super, minimum guaranteed bonuses and other benefits depending on your level of skillset and current industry trade qualifications.
Your salary package will be reviewed after the set probation period aligned with your performance, productivity, reliability, punctuality, learning curve, target achievements and customer feedback.
