The Attic Group, a family owned and operated business since 1975, is Australia's leading attic ladder and roof access specialist. We are looking for an experienced in-house IT Support Officer to provide on-site and remote IT support to employees and managers of the Group.
Duties:
- Manage the IT systems which includes computers, networks, internet access etc
- General maintenance and administration of hardware, software and operating systems
- Being the first point of call for IT support queries and service requests
- Configure and deploy IT equipment (PCs, Tablets, Phones, Networking equipment etc)
- Provide staff training on Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central and facilitate updates.
- Assist senior management in optimising the CRM system
Experience Required:
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central is a necessity
- Excellent troubleshooting - desktop computers, laptops, tablets, printers, mobile devices
- Good communication skills
This is full time role located at our office/showroom in Mascot.
