Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in Technical support or a similar role, providing support to end-users in a professional environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Customer-focused mindset and dedication to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or similar are advantageous.
