Role Description

The IT Field Technician will beresponsible for providing technical support to end-users either face-to-face oron the phone. Duties involve installing and configuring computer systems,diagnosing hardware and software faults, and solving technical and applicationsproblems. The Role can be casual or permanent part-time, with permanentfull-time available for the right individual or once competency is proven. Therole is a combination of Office-based (Thornlie, 6108 WA) and Client basedOn-Site Support work and requires mobility and flexibility. Salary will be in the range of Award rate up to $38per Hour plus super.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven experience (Min 2 Years) in a technical support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.
• Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshooting
• Experience with supporting a corporate Windows environment (Windows 11, 10 and 7) – triaging, fault diagnostics, root cause analysis (Apple and Linux knowledge useful but not required).
• Office 365 Admin Center and Local Active Directory.
• Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC's.
• For a Candidate with Cyber Security Qualifications, sporadically assist in conducting Cyber Security Vulnerability Assessments using Nessus, perform Office365 Security Audits and Pen-testing tasks.

The Employee must haveAustralian Working Rights (no sponsorship available) and have your own reliablevehicle with an unrestricted license to attend Client's premises.
