YOUR ROLE
Your role as an Iteration Manager offers an opportunity to collaborate with leading teams within Platform Engineering. In this pivotal position, you will contribute to shaping Platform as a Product and enhancing user experiences.
Your primary responsibility will be to foster agile processes within the team, overseeing planning and delivery practices, and integrating consumer success principles into daily operations. By doing so, you will empower teams to deliver tangible value to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategically plan and manage product roadmaps using agile frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and exceptional user experiences.
- Provide thought leadership to support the planning and execution of strategic priorities, modern operating models, and business plans.
- Act as a coach, guiding teams in agile methodologies to foster continuous improvement, resilience, and high performance.
- Facilitate the identification and management of interdependencies across teams within Technology & Operations and across the organisation.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the platform strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and technical roadmaps.
- Ensure the high availability and reliability of the platform.
- Maintain an outcome-focused approach, emphasising the importance of delivering value early, enabling rapid feedback loops, and making data-driven decisions.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for the right person, with a good attitude who will be a solid team fit with the following skills and experiences: -
- Proven experience in Agile and Delivery Management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
- A mindset oriented towards continuous improvement and product ownership.
- Demonstrated leadership and negotiation abilities
- Technical Business Analysis skills essential
- Eagerness to learn and adeptness in managing and delivering product improvements
- Capability to coach and mentor agile team members.
- Previous experience working with cross functional teams
- Cloud technologies and DevOps practices is advantageous but not compulsory
