About the role
Due to the growth of our contract, we are seeking an ITS Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be offered a full-time permanent position on our Sydney Roads and Asset Performance Contract at Ventia.
The ITS Maintenance Supervisor will deliver profitable projects to time, cost, and quality and compliance requirements. The role requires the successful candidate to have a strong focus on leadership to achieve required outcomes of the work group and the promotion of high-performance standards.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the accurate recording of all activities undertaken on site
- Manage and coordinate health and safety for the team and subcontractors
- Prepare and implement an operational roster
- Coordinate emergency response procedures
- Complete detailed reports and administration works associated with the role
- Support the Asset Manager and ITS Asset Engineer for the delivery of Asset Management Planning Services across the project
About You
- NSW Electrical license
- Understanding of ITS, traffic signal and streetlighting systems
- Ability to work day shifts with occasional night and afternoon shifts
- NSW white card and drivers license
