This role requires an individual with experience in accounting and good organisational skill.DescriptionThe key responsibilities will be:

• Support in generating monthly financial report
• Conduct data entry, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and payroll
• Support in preparation of budget and monthly forecast reporting
• Support audit
• Calculate payroll tax and BAS
• Other administration duties as required

ProfileIn order to be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and strengths:

• Similar experience as an Bookkepper, Assistant Accountant or Accountant
• Japanese language skill is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders is essential
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work within a team and flexibility to take on various duties
