About the Role
As an entry level Client Support professional within our insurance team, you will report to the Insurance Team Leader, your role will primarily be responsible for supporting the Insurance division in its services to replace lost and/or stolen products on behalf of Insurance Companies.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Liaising with Insurance Companies, insured customers and JB Hi-Fi stores
- Validating and quoting consumer electrical products for insurance replacement
- Inbound and outbound calls (no sales related calls)
- Preparing orders and managing ongoing caseloads
- Meeting KPI’s and deadlines, in line with Insurance Company Service Level Agreements
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment and will suit a professional who has similar experience and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves!
About You
Your strong customer service skills coupled with your keen eye for detail will hold you in good stead and see your success in this role. You are;
- Looking for an entry level position in a Head Office and/or Insurance & Sales position
- A friendly, professional, and calm phone manner
- Strong customer service skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- A strong desire to be proactive
- Proficiency in time management and multi-tasking
- Knowledge of consumer electronics and white goods (not mandatory but highly advantageous)
