Troocoo are assisting a valued Federal Government client recruit multiple Client Support officers (APS3) commencing ASAP for an initial 12 month period, with possible extensions.$39.00p/hour + super | Brisbane CBD based | Full-time hours onlyWe are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join this high performing team as an APS3 CSO. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to vulnerable clients through phone, email, and other communication channels.Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to client inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing accurate information and assistance to clients and other stakeholders regarding available services and policies.
- Processing client requests accurately and efficiently.
- Resolving complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Documenting all client interactions and maintaining accurate records in our database.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Previous experience in a call centre environment is required
- Previous experience within a Local, State or Federal Government department is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
