You will be working for a Government department that provides insurance and care services to businesses and people across NSW.
Your new role
As a Client Support Officer - (Medical Screening) you will be responsible for -
- Attend to clients in medical rooms and liaise with and support the screening team by ensuring appointment records are accurate and up to date.
- Arrange medical examinations with local service providers to meet the needs of clients who are unwell and/or have mobility issues, including mobile chest x-rays and lung function home visits.
- Monitor, collate and update medical records to ensure accurate relevant information is received and prepared for presentation to the Medical Assessment Panel.
- Respond to enquiries relating to Medical Screening ensuring the response provided meets the needs of the client and is in line with agency policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and record information systems and functions in accordance with record management policies and procedures
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in Client Support roles.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Up to date with current Public Health Order requirements
