Our brand new Club will open in a couple of months time and with this, we have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Club Manager to lead our first Club in Toowoomba. Your New Role
Club Managers play an integral role in the success of a Jetts Club due to the strength of the relationship they have with our Members and Team. Jetts Toowoomba is a BRAND NEW facility due to open in a few months. The beginning of this role will focus on driving pre-sales to ensure we set the club up for success when it opens.
This is a mid-level position whereby the successful person will have experience in running high performing clubs. You will be supported to succeed all while demonstrating a skillful ability to work autonomously and deliver the club performance expectations.
During the first 6 weeks, the focus of the role will be on pre-sales related activities. Once the Club opens, no two days are the same but some of your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively attract new memberships and coordinate efforts with local area marketing and advertising plans.
- Build a fun, engaging and positive Club culture and team including Personal Trainers.
- Facilitate community events that help to create an environment where Members want to be.
- Ensure the Club upholds the brand standards and expectations including; safety, stock management, equipment standards and cleanliness.
- Focus on lead generation activities that strive to increase membership net growth, increase gross revenue and commit to other monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Have fun and help your members have fun too by building a community where people feel this is the best part of their day.
- Maintaining social media accounts, create content, including posts, videos, and stories.

What essential qualifications do you need before you hit that apply button today?
- Minimum Certificate III in Fitness (cert IV is advantageous)
- Current First Aid and current CPR Certificates
- Working with Children check
