Seeking an experienced Account Manager to join an award a Triple A award winning Saas company that came in the top ten "Certified best places to work" for 2023. Our client has a long history of success with their Legal/Proptech software's and are on a high growth trajectory.As the Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact when it comes to onboarding new clients as well as managing a portfolio of existing clients. We are after target driven sales people with a passion for increasing revenue and driving growth through accounts.
Within a typical day, you will be speaking with existing clients to ensure that they are up to date to the software offerings, providing training sessions online and winning-back clients who have been in-active to ensure they are utilising the platform to its full potential.
The Role:
- Onboarding new clients and providing platform demonstration and training
- Providing ongoing support & training with existing client base to ensure they are using their software to its maximum potential
- Slow down client attrition through ensuring they understand all features of the platform
- Calling clients who have left the platform to win-back business
About You:
- Highly organised and experienced with managing your own portfolio of clients/accounts
- Technical aptitude to navigate problems
- Big of relationship building!
- Proven sales abilities to win-back clients
- Help Desk or experience within the legal/property space highly desirable but not essential
