Reporting to the Senior Management team you will be given extensive in-house training, be working with, and learning from some of the most passionate and skilled hospitality professionals in Melbourne.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
* Experience working in a restaurant at a high level.
* Premium dining experience highly desirable
* Hold a current RSA and a WSET Level 2 or 3 minimum
* Hospitable and kind to all our guests, their colleagues and willing to work in a team environment.
* Displays a high level of professionalism, attention to detail and thirst for knowledge.
* Passionate about the hospitality industry in Melbourne and keen to work at one of the best restaurants in Australia long-term.
