ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our team as a Human Resource Administrator and be a part of an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organisation’s growth and success. Reporting to the Employee Service Coordinator, the successful candidate will partner with all programs with a key focus on the team, their learning and development growth, and the success of the organisation through its people. This role supports the effective operation of the Human Resource function by undertaking a diverse range of tasks aimed at fostering our team's growth and ensuring exceptional experiences for our employees, volunteers, and students.

This position offers a blend of high-volume administrative tasks and exposure to a fast-paced HR environment. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee records management, and compliance.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Support the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee, volunteer and student records and documentation.
  • Handle high-volume administrative tasks in a fast-paced HR environment.
  • Assist in organising training and development activities for employees.
  • Maintain the organisations Learning and Management System (LMS)
  • Coordinate Gateway Health's student placement program.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

We're seeking a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a drive to enhance their professional skills. Knowledge of compliance requirements in the workplace is advantageous.
