- Full-Time position.
- Monday-Friday rotating roster. Must be flexible with working hours between 7 am-6 pm.
- Three-Month Probation Period. After the 3 months, the successful candidate must be available to work 1 weekend a month and public holidays. (Salary package will increase after the 3 months as soon as they start weekend work.)
- Must be available to work over the Christmas and New Year break.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The key responsibility of this role is to effectively action and monitor the allocation of incoming jobs and professionally answer phone enquiries and emails from Head Office and Field Technicians.
This role is a Full-time role (37.5 hours a week) working Monday-Friday. The successful candidate must be flexible and be available to work shifts between 7 am-6 pm on a rotating roster. They will also be required to perform on-call weekend duties once a month and work occasional public holidays.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To effectively action and monitor the allocation of incoming jobs.
- Answering phone enquiries and emails from Head Office and Field Technicians.
- Liaise with the business’ clients to ensure expectations are being met and exceeded.
- Works under routine supervision with intermittent checking.
- Work effectively in a business environment and can work effectively with others.
- Strong administrative skills within a fast-paced and changing environment.
Great time management, attention to detail and a calm, confident communication style.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Call centre or Admin experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Can problem-solve and resolve customer complaints.
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills.
- "Whatever it" takes attitude.
