We need you
We require an organised & efficient Scheduler to join our dynamic team to co-ordinate the jobs for our private clients as well as perform other office admin duties.
- Able to multi task
- Great customer service skills
- Great attitude and people skills
- MS Suite proficiency is essential
Key duties
- Answering phones
- General reception tasks
- Scheduling jobs for tradesmen
- Accurately booking in customer details
About the days/hours:
The hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Working 1 Saturday in a 5 week rotation working 8:00am - 4:00pm
