Your role @ABBA
- Job Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate operations personnel and resources, ensuring all necessary inputs are available for seamless execution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and administrators to align work crew capabilities and optimize operations plans, ensuring cross-functional activities are properly planned and site access is coordinated efficiently.
- Stakeholder Management: Play a pivotal role in coordinating and maintaining positive and effective communication and relationships with suppliers, clients, employees, and internal management to achieve optimal coordination outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement and Optimization: Drive continuous process improvement, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement effective solutions to enhance team and financial performance.
- Documentation and System Maintenance: Create and maintain scheduling-related databases, documentation, procedures, and systems to keep accurate records and continuously streamline processes for improved efficiency.

Skills: Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools, coupled with excellent communication and organizational abilities. Australian driver’s license C class.
