Our Back on Track (BOT) program is designed to engage with groups participants to assist them with job readiness skills. As a Job Search Consultant, you will motivate and guide participants through job applications, interview training, market trends and more!
Your duties include:- Planning and facilitating group sessions
- Organising employment and work trials
- Contacting employers for suitable vacancies for your participants
- Reverse marketing participants into work
- Long-Term Careers: Our Leadership team have all started in the Recruitment Consultant position; we’ve developed and grown many careers in the Employment Services Industry.
- Leadership and Progression: Our organisation has developed industry leading leadership programs to identify talent to progress and nurture the areas to be enhanced.

- Team Collaboration: No matter what location you work in, you’ll have the support of your team and Branch Manager, and you’ll be able to tap into the wider company network for guidance.
- Training: Our Training and Development team will take you through 2 weeks of fully paid, industry training

- Ability to organise and deliver training
- Ability to engage and motivate participants
- Computer and administrative skills
- Sound understanding of employability skills within the workforce
- Experience in working in the Employment Services or recruitment industry (desirable)
- Ability to obtain an Employee Working with Childrens and National Police Clearance
