Overview:
A leading organization in the financial services sector is on the lookout for a Senior Consultant in Business Improvement & Delivery. This pivotal role aims to enhance the efficiency, experience of colleagues, and outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support business transformation initiatives, collaborating across various functional teams.
- Conducting diagnostics to pinpoint optimization opportunities in areas such as processes, digitization, and automation, and transforming these into tangible initiatives.
- Reevaluating existing business practices and influencing key stakeholders in the development of future state processes and operating models.
- Assessing investment priorities and the overall impact of changes on various business aspects, including governance, capabilities, and systems.
- Providing detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders, encompassing statistics, trends, and forthcoming developments.
- Leading workshops and aiding in the enhancement of capabilities through coaching, training, and mentorship.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience in relevant fields, ideally including roles in consulting and business improvement or transformation.
- Proficiency in business process improvement methodologies, Lean Six Sigma highly regarded
- Must have proven experience in process re-engineering
- Track record of successfully managing projects that yield business and technological enhancements.
- Strong understanding of change management practices, especially in the context of enterprise operating model changes.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt content to various audiences.
- Proven ability in building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Initiative, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to achieving excellent outcomes.
