Senior Consultant Business Delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support business transformation initiatives, collaborating across various functional teams.
• Conducting diagnostics to pinpoint optimization opportunities in areas such as processes, digitization, and automation, and transforming these into tangible initiatives.
• Reevaluating existing business practices and influencing key stakeholders in the development of future state processes and operating models.
• Assessing investment priorities and the overall impact of changes on various business aspects, including governance, capabilities, and systems.
• Providing detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders, encompassing statistics, trends, and forthcoming developments.
• Leading workshops and aiding in the enhancement of capabilities through coaching, training, and mentorship.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Significant experience in relevant fields, ideally including roles in consulting and business improvement or transformation.
• Proficiency in business process improvement methodologies, Lean Six Sigma highly regarded
• Must have proven experience in process re-engineering
• Track record of successfully managing projects that yield business and technological enhancements.
• Strong understanding of change management practices, especially in the context of enterprise operating model changes.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt content to various audiences.
• Proven ability in building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Initiative, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to achieving excellent outcomes.
