Your role:
As a Service Delivery Manager, your core responsibility will be to manage the seamless delivery of our services, enhancing client satisfaction and facilitating business growth. You will be instrumental in refining Service Delivery processes, managing client accounts, fostering enduring relationships, and identifying new opportunities to amplify our offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure client stakeholders remain satisfied with communication and support.
- Professionally manage the customer onboarding process via tailored communication, setting realistic expectations and managing internal resource requirements.
- Ensure delivery outcomes, milestones are clear and unambiguous (expectation management).
- Work with customers to identify opportunities for growth and new ways to add value and offer additional services.
- Act as escalation point for client issues.
- Clarify engagement and solution scope with customer.
- Contribute to strategic business development as and when required.
- Effectively manage resources (and skillset allocations) required to deliver SDM outcomes including SDC (Service Development Coordinator) support, feature development, config.
- Ensure fortnightly revenue forecasts are completed accurately and on time.
- Remaining up to date with release notes including testing and challenging to maintain skills and capability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Service Delivery position or related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to quickly understand business processes and data flows.
- Proficiency in documentation and IT tools/software.
- A service mentality.
