What's Involved
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our User Support team based in North Sydney. You will help handle User Support queries, ensuring our Users receive prompt and effective support. You will assist users with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services. This position plays a vital role in delivering and maintaining exceptional User Support, ensuring that we consistently go above and beyond to provide accurate and relevant information.
Job Details:
Role - User Support Officer
Location - North Sydney
Pay rate - $33.34p/hr + super
Shift details - Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Start date - ASAP
What you need to succeed:
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Very strong computer literacy skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to identify and address customer pain points efficiently.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work within a high-volume workload without compromising on quality.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities concurrently.
• Ability to learn and adapt to change quickly.
• A security-first and can-do attitude.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
• Previous experience with Zendesk will be highly regarded.
Suitable applicants will undergo a two-week trial period. If successful, the role is ongoing and a permanent opportunity may be available to the right candidate. You must have full working rights as this casual role will involve full-time hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm).
