We are looking for an experienced Joinery Project Manager who is experienced in joinery manufacturing for commercial projects.
You will be the dedicated Project Manager for a large scale commercial project that is commencing immediately. This is a busy and diverse role. You will be overseeing several different teams undertaking this project.
Duties will include:
- Work in a mixed "All Room" Joinery Project. Some joinery will be delivered fully assembled and the remainder will be manufactured inhouse.
- Attending project site to view progress and conduct quality inspections
- Ensure the highest standards and client expectations are being met
- Liaise with Site Supervisors regarding trades, labour and materials and deliveries.
- Attending site meetings as required
- Attending production meetings as required.
- Ensuring appropriate exit plans for closing out projects and defect rectification.
- Trade Qualified in Cabinet Making or Joinery.
- Prior Project Management experience and experience in
- commercial joinery.
- Ability to manage staff and delegate tasks.
- Ability to multitask as there are several different areas to manage.
- Be approachable by other members of staff, trades and labour. Offer assistance and advice when needed.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to work to a schedule and complete tasks on time.
- Australian working rights.
- Salary; Salary will be negotiated and based on experience, salary guides for this role are typically between $120k - $150k + super.
