We are seeking a Project Manager who is experienced with high-end Joinery Manufacturing for commercial projects.
This is a busy diverse role where your skills for multi-skilling, managing lots of deadlines with a customer focus are central to the role.
Duties will include:
- Developing project briefs and specifications for manufacture.
- Liaising with fellow Project Managers and Foreman to schedule production and deliverables within budget
- Attending construction sites to view progress and conduct quality inspections to ensure the highest standards and client expectations are being met
- Utilising CAD to drive and co-ordinate RFI’s, pushing for timely decisions and construction methods
- Liaising with Site Supervisors regarding trades, labour and materials
- Attending site meetings as required
- Attending weekly production meetings, discussing all projects
- Ensuring appropriate exit plans for closing out projects and defects
This is a challenging and rewarding role which is pivotal to the business. You will need to be highly proficient with all aspects of joinery construction and the ability to deliver successful projects. Joinery experience and project management experience are both considered essential.
