AddressMES is presently in search of a well-experienced Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to become part of a leading Global Market segment player in Western Australia.
The position is DIDO for individuals residing in Geraldton and its neighboring areas, working in their Midwest operations. Furthermore, the client invites individuals who are interested in Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) arrangements from Perth.
Job Requirements:
- Australian recognized Trade (Heavy Diesel Mechanic or Auto Electrician);
- Alternatively a Mechanical Engineering degree or similar;
- Basic understanding of financial principles including working to set budgets;
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal);
- Advanced time management, planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives;
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously;
- Major OEM dealer experience working in maintenance and repair contracts (Desired);
- Green Belt CPS/Lean/6 Sigma qualified (Desired);
- Certificate IV Frontline Management or Diploma of Management (Desired).
