1 x permanent level 5 Judicial Support Coordinator position and
6 x permanent level 4 Team Leader positions
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Judicial Support team at Perth Magistrates Courts is focused on achieving quality in the work that we do and the support that we provide to Magistrates before, during and after court sittings.
To ensure we can meet this objective we are looking for strong people leaders with experience in a court or judicial setting who thrive in a fast paced, compliance driven work environment.
The role of Team Leader is responsible for a small team and:
- manages team performance.
- provides high level procedural advice and expertise.
- manages quality assurance and compliance processes and
- plans, schedules and controls daily work activity to meet service standards.
The role of Judicial Support Coordinator is responsible for a larger team and:
- manages human resources and builds effective teams.
- ensures the delivery of a high standard of Judicial Support services.
- implements policy and procedures and ensures compliance with legislation and
- identifies and implements opportunities for continuous improvement.
