We are currently on the search for a Junior Account Manager to provide comprehensive and proactive support to Account Managers, enabling them to build strong client relationships, drive sales growth, and achieve organizational goals.
Although this role starts as a temp, is highly likely to become permanent for the right candidate. Full time hours will still be offered for the role.
Key Performance Tasks / Areas of Accountability Include:
- Assist senior Account Managers with client communication, including emails, phone calls, and meetings.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
- Develop and maintain accurate client records and databases.
- Manage customer communication through calls, emails, and meetings, ensuring clear and consistent information exchange.
- Assist with planning and execution of customer events, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Prepare pre-sale materials, including proposals, presentations, and competitive analyses.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and client engagement.
- Compile and analyze data on sales performance, client satisfaction, and other key metrics.
- Prepare reports and presentations to visualize data and provide insights to senior managers.
- Assist in the planning and execution of client projects, including preparing presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to senior Account Managers and clients.
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for senior Account Managers.
- Organize travel arrangements and logistics.
- Handle expense reports and other administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. This includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. You should be able to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and emails efficiently.
- Basic understanding of tools like Excel functions, Google Sheets, or data visualization software may be required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, colleagues, and senior managers.
- Analyzing data, identifying issues, and proposing solutions are crucial for supporting client projects.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and seniors based on trust and respect.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
