About the Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to assist in the day-to-day processing of company work and assist the Financial Accountant.
Reporting to the CFO & Financial Accountant, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with overseas staff via scanning documents for processing
- Regularly attending zoom meetings when necessary
- Assisting in archiving work and basic accounting entry work
- Completing general accounting administration and filling duties
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in an admin & accounting clerk role
- Recently graduated or currently studying and wanting PT work
- The ability to work autonomously & a Can-Do Attitude
- Strong time-management skills
- Attache accounting software experience (desirable)
