Due to our exciting growth plans, we are seeking a passionate and eager Junior Accounts Assistant to support our finance team.

This is an entry level job where experience is not necessary. We are looking for someone with some energy to come and make this role their own and grow the role as the business grows.
About the business and the role
- Small friendly Office based in Belrose NSW with onsite parking
- Part-time position Monday – Friday hours can be negotiated

Job tasks and responsibilities
- Daily Bank Reconciliations
- Prepare customer invoices and receipts
- Assist with Entering invoices into the system
- Process and file documents, paperwork as required
- Support the finance team
Skills and experience
- Intermediate excel skills
- Someone with accounting/financial knowledge, we will train anyone that has a great attitude
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Able to work autonomously
- perfect for a university student
