This permanent and full-time opportunity will see you working in Rydalmere for a national electrical company. The successful candidate will provide general admin and data entry support to the Electrical Engineering Services Team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Data entry of information into various systems
Raising purchase orders
Receiving goods in and entering data into systems
Managing incoming emails
General ad-hoc admin support duties
Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:
Previous experience of administration and data entry - ideally gained within the construction or electrical services industries, this is preferred but not essential
IT literate with MS Suite, particularly with MS Excel
Proven fast and accurate data entry and typing experience is essential
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow routine processes
This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has some previous office experience with a positive can do' attitude, to join a national, very well established company, with a proud and long reputation within the construction and electrical services industry.
