Located in Sydney's premier Eastern Suburbs & proven to be arguably the best in their field this progressive agency has recently seen some massive growth in their business & is now committed to appointing an outstanding Junior Sales Administrator to join their A Grade team.
Duties include but are not restricted to;
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team and Sales & Marketing Manager:
- Preparing Appraisal Packs, Marketing Quotes and Calendars
- Booking and preparing marketing for upcoming listings
- Preparing OFI packs, Just Listed/Auction/Sold Letters
- Sending listings live online, adjusting price guides or details as needed
- Maintaining records and files for each property listing
• Provide administrative support to the Sales agents for any ad-hoc marketing needed, with support from the Brand Marketing Coordinator
• Working with the Accounts and Compliance teams within the business to ensure all marketing funds are tracked, and all compliance is completed
• Maintaining positive and productive relationships with the Sales team and fellow staff members - Adhoc duties as required
- Some experience in administration, real estate experience not necessary
- A Current certificate of registration or be willing to get one
- Show stability, be well presented and have glowing references
